A book for blokes who want to build muscle, strength and endurance, not just look good in the mirror.

This book was not as you would say a complete guide, merely a broad outline. The routines are not specific, nor is the diet. However, if you are a beginner to weight training and cardiovascular work then this would be a good book to read.
