    The last reviewer clearly didn't read the book properly to have thought Sarah Key was a 'him'. This is the best and most helpful book I have ever read about back problems. Plus, there is a clear evidence base to her method based on cutting edge research into disc regeneration. Her method has done ...

    A successful physiotherapist Sarah Key may be, but his writing skills less than to be desired. It may have proved more useful to collaborate with an academic.
