A cookbook for people who know a bit about cooking but aren't au fait with all of the middle-eastern ingredients and techniques. Simple recipes with new ideas are very satisfying!

Fantastic recipes, they all work too. Some ingredients may be difficult to source but it's worth the effort. Well-written and as evocative as the food itself. The ice-cream recipes are particularly good. This is my favourite cookbook now.
