    I can't belive that Ainsley thinks this is worthy of his name. Doubtful I will buy anything else with his name on. In fairness I don't buy minute meals so maybe they're all like this, I only tried it because of the name.

    This Ainsley Harriot book was bought as a gift and is now the most used cookbook in our house. Excellent everyday recipes that are easy to follow taste brilliant and don't include hard to get ingredients.

    Healthy too!!

    Low-fat Meals in Minutes by Ainsley Harriott is a great book for those wanting a quick fix in a hurry - especially after work or in a rush to get out. The recipes are easy to follow, and look like they should when cooked. The dishes are pleasant, and really are quick to cook and eat, and they are ...
