I have a common name which is easy to spell. However, my name has been misspelt twice (on the itinerary for the last 2 holidays booked). Booked at tui shop Oct 07 to travel 19 may 08 only to find there are no tickets. Told there is a problem with printer, also it's May we are busy. Have to have t.o.d. not happy. Phoned Thomson customer services. They said my tickets were issued on April 20 08 so where are they.

I have gone from a regular user of Thomson to never using them again. I paid for a sea view, didn't get it and Thomson REFUSE to repay the money despite admitting we didn't have a sea view. I will never use them again. Very poor customer service
