    Previous comments are correct, this is truly a shambolic administrative set up. Calls to the online banking customer service number send you to the credit card department and you get caught in a cycle for 20 minutes before you get transferred to the correct department.The issue regarding the card re ...

    Stay away! Absolutely shambolic! You open the account with Tesco Personal Finance, then get sent a form to verify your signature before you can do anything online. Then to withdraw money you need a special card and a card reader which take months to arrive. Avoid like the plague.

    Hardly 'instant access' in my experience. Before I could withdraw money, I needed to ask for a card reader and a card in order to generate a security code for the website.This is great security - only Tesco Personal Finance didn't tell me that I need this card reader or card until I actually tried ...
