    The Juice Master's Ultimate Fast Food: Dicover the Power of Raw Juice by Jason Vale has good info about why to change diet and what veg & fruit are best. Enjoying the juicing incorporating in my diet and feel great.

    Haing read Slim for Life and the Juice Master books. My wife and I have changed our lives forever. We have lost weight, to give you some idea I have gone from a 36" waist to a 32" in less than three months and I now do not get depressed and have more energy than I have had since I was a child.
