Terrible customer service. Do not respond to emails and when you call you wait ages to get through then they hang up or tell you that you shouldn't have called as they'd be in touch. Waited 8 weeks for a wardrobe that should have come in 4 weeks. Furniture is fine, but customer service is as bad as ...

Echoing the sentiments of many reviews below, the customer service is appalling. I have called and emailed about the non-delivery of my mirror and get fobbed off with "i'll contact the supplier and call you back".
