In Bruges, last week
Norman the guide was both friendly and knowledgeable.
(We will someday book his Italian tour.)
The Academie hotel was far better than the Internet description and pictures. the only real complaint that we had was the severly strong smell of sewers in the reception and bar.

Riviera Travel.
We have just returned from a visit to California and the Golden West. We were impressed by the whole holiday. This trip covers four states commencing with California and followed by Arizona, Utah and Nevada.

I have travelled with Riviera a number of times now. They know exactly what they are doing. The tours I have been on have been well organised and ran smoothly. excellent value for money bearing in mind that the price includes everything! No hidden extras. Their call centre staff are always friendly ...

24 X 7 Availability, One stop shop for all travel needs, Very Prompt Services and transparent in deals. In my opinion Riviera Travel are the most automated Travel Agency in the country.
