    I had windows fitted by this company about two years ago. The before sales service was intimidating and the after sales service didn't exist.     As an architect with 15yrs experience within the construction industry, i would happily recommend Gary Byng joiners and would use again - i had all the windows replaced within my Victorian house with sash/ casement windows to their original spec and was confident with their advise/ site survey and k ...

    i had some sash windows from gary byng and sons and they were perfect fitted s treat and very happy with them and the service, i thought i had to write this as the other guy obviously was untrustworthy

    The quality of the actual Gary Byng & Sons Joinery windows is good. The before service is nothing less than intimidating and the after sales service is non existent.     The service was excellent i had a cad drawing of my stairs within an hour and had the staircase delivered next day, would recommend Gary Byng & Sons Joinery.

    I used Gary Byng & Sons Joinery but havent delivered all the parts to install windows yet. When I called them, the line went dead. So I e-mailed, but so far not answer to emails. In my opinion I have received very little aftersales service, I wouldn't use them again.
