Marsa Alam aka hotel from hell, the staff are rude and ignorant,food is bland,tasteless and repetitive and if you don't speak italian your in the minority.this is advertised as a 4star its more like a 2,we have stayed ai before but have never had such bad service or lack of it!no waiter service at p ...
