DO NOT USE THIS BANK. IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A DEBIT CARD UNTIL YOU HAVE BANKED WITH THEM FOR 6 MTHS! After 25 years as a customer and 2 years as a business customer I am moving all my accounts from HSBC. They have little or no understanding of business, they do not listen to your needs and they are not prepared to works with you as a company in order to help you succeed .... !!

HSBC should not be allowed to offer buiness banking to small businesses. They just want to make their money and give you no support.
At our local branch 80% of the staff are rude and they couldn't care that you are a customer....I even had one member of staff argue with me that Jersey was not part ...

After 20 years with HSBC I am moving all accounts -they only want to make money out of you, but don't provide a helpful service, ignore letters very hard to speak to a real person.

I agree completely with the previous review on HSBC Business, similar situation too. The only difference is, we have been with them 21 years with our personal account, and 8 years with our business account. Shame on HSBC. Going to find another bank too.
