This diet really does work! Ive done it in the past and lost a significant amount of weight. And im back on it again to lose my baby weight and in less than a week have lost 5lbs.

I will give this book 10 out of 10. I bought the Charles Clark's The New High Protein Diet from Asda for £3.97. Why didn't I see this book before. The weight is coming off and I feel great. Everybody is commenting on how well I have done and I keep telling them that there is no effort going in ...
