    David A. Whitsetts The Non-runner's Marathon Trainer ha no pictures, Boring text and generally not very helpful. Can't see why so many reviews for this book are positive.

    This is a great book for those of us who want to run a marathon but have always thought that other people do that kind of crazy stuff. It takes a very sensible and well thoughtout approach to the physical and psychological aspects of long distance training and I hope it will help me finish my first ...
