    I bought two squash rackets direct from their London shop. Had to order the second racket and it arrived two days late.     I ordered a badminton racket from Sweatband.com on the 15th March 2009. One month and 3 emails later I still have no racket and also no response either.
    This company simply do not answer your emails.
    I would recommend that you save yourself the bother and shop elsewhere.
