Severe lack of planning and communication for the recent snow - very poor

I am sure the event for those who got there was fine, but for those who were due to attend over this weekend it was a shambles - hours on the telephone, an out of date website

I have to agree this place can not be compared to Lapland it is nothing like it. I would describe it as an outdoor grotto with an ice rink & meal thrown in the menu isn't child friendly either. We were greeted by fat ginger husky which I am sure was a crossbreed, couped up bored looking reindeer, t ...

You can not liken the event at Bewl Water to be any thing like the Rovaniemi day trips to the real Lapland, you do not get a sleigh ride with the Lapland UK huskies (to be blunt the Lapland UK huskies don't even look capable of doing a days work whereas the Lapland (Finland) dogs look well and true ...

    Lapland UK.
We visited yesterday and had a lovely full 4.5 hours out which I thought was pretty good value for the amount we paid which was half the normal price as we bought the 2 for 1 tickets. It was very well run by enthusuastic, friendly staff and I liked the fact that everything ran to a very ...

I have a 4 year old little girl, who we took to Lapland UK on the 22nd November! From the very start (the invite from Father Christmas) I loved it, it was so well done, and my little girl couldn't wait to go! We got there at 3 so it was beginning to get dark, we entered Lapland being welcomed by a ...

This was a bit of a rip off even though we bought the 2 for 1 "offer" so effectively half normal price.

Lots of niggly problems with the place. Not baby friendly, lack of changing and feeding facilities. No children's level toilet facilities!!! My 5 year old twins couldn't reach the urinals, soap o ...
