    Ordered some toys from Rimbalzo late in the afternoon, about 5PM, 2 weeks before Christmas. Got an email the next morning that it had been despatched. Received the next day. Very impressed with the whole experience.

    I purchased a set of Creatiles from Rimbalzo which was £20 cheaper than anywhere else. They came in a huge box, really well packed! My daughter loves the toys, I'll be coming back for more of the range next year.

    When I purchased the chair, I failed to note the expected time of delivery but I wrote an e-mail and received an immediate response with an accurate delivery date.The product arrived the following day, as stated.     Great choice of products - I bought the WK0052 Wilkinet Baby Carrier, Organic Fairtrade Cotton, Brown. The price was good, item was well packed and delivery was fast and with Royal Mail meaning I could pick it up locally.

    In particular, the toys from Rimbalzo are of good quality and appear more 'robust' than those sold in the large supermarkets. In this way I feel they are good value for money. I would use this site again.

    Website was easy to use, with lovely products. Delivery was quicker than I expected - everything well packaged.

    I feel I experienced bad customer service from Rimbalzo - product didn't arrive and when contacted they did not seem to believe me and only when pushed agreed to send another. First one arrived 3 weeks later, second one I never received. The product was the wrong one, they suggested it was my fault ...
