    The main problem was the delivery dates, it stated 7-10 working days when I ordered and after three weeks, a host of different reasons why it was late and a revised delivery date of 5 weeks after order I cancelled.

    My experience with Bedz R Us was awful. Their prices are OK: a tiny bit less than their competitors but that saving proved NOT to be worth it. Communication was poor. They didn't reply to emails and constantly made promises of delivery which in retrospect they clearly could not have expected to meet ...

    Beds looked OK and decent value on the site. But after that it's all bad news I'm afraid. From the off Bedz R Us were slow to reply to questions and wouldn't provide a delivery date.     Bedz R Us has friendly service. excellent bed and also good advice given. Very friendly delivery driver. It really isn't worth visiting the showrooms in my opinion, there aren't many beds there.
