    First class customer service. I wasn't confident about determining my own pupillary distance so they agreed to receive an existing pair of glasses which I sent them by special delivery so they could measure it themselves. Order was processed quickly and efficiently and the glasses are spot on!

    very easy to deal with. Customer service excellent. I changed my mind & they were very patient. Definatly will use again. Find choosing glasses quite stressful this was so much easier and cheaper

    Metsuki processed my order very quickly and I could not be happier. I did a lot of research looking at who offered the best deal and they were definitely the best. Quick response as well as great customer service, highly recommended!!!!
