Since East Midlands trains took over the old Midland Mainline route from Derby to London the level of service has dropped.
I had always paid that bit extra for 1st class, but now the extra money isn't worth what you get.
The coffee tastes foul, the snacks have shrunk to something which wouldn't sati ...
