Virgin Trains customer services department is the worst I have experienced yet. Rude and missinformed. I would not travel with them again if I didn't have to.

The Virgin Trains Pendilino service is fast and usually on time. I get this service often and nine times out of ten it has arrived on or before time. To be fair the only time it was late there was a flood on the line so I can't blame them for an 'act of god'.These trains are faster than the old vi ...

Very pleased with the service and quality / refinement of the train and staff, would certainly travel the Virgin train way again
