    Six months later and I am still waiting for a refund for a cancellation (so yes - they DO take the money from your credit card even when you cancel your booked hotel room two months in advance, even if they say "it's just to hold the reservation"). I've sent them numerous emails requesting the refun ...

    Do not book with this company i did and when i arrived at my accomomdation in new york i found that this rougue company had not paid the hotel i had to repay and they would not answer my emails or telephone calls iv had to try and get my money back through my credit card company stay clear

    Hi,
    I have booked through Booking.com before hotel . That tour operator good customer service and feedback. I have suggest our friend book hotel through this tour operators.

    if you keep trying you may find some helpful sales reps, but there are very few.
