    It took 1 hour for me (one single person) to build my Kettler CTR3.
    I find it very smooth & quiet compared with other X cross trainers.
    I think the build quality is of a BMW & German .

    In my opinion, if you are going to buy a quality X trainer then go for the Kettler range in particular CTR3 its ...

    Never has the phrase "you get what you pay for" more apt than with this machine. Replacing the Nordic Track CX 650 (see my other review) with the Kettler emphasised the gulf in quality between the two machines, from the packaging to the operation. This machine runs smoothly and with barely a sound. ...
