I ordered 10 packs of choc drops in March. Received six with a note that four will follow. Never received and no response to several emails. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

My goods never arrived, no reply to emails. Found a phone number on my credit card statement but just a recorded message giving email address for queries which of course they don't reply to. They are crooks. DO NOT ORDER FROM ULTIMATE ANIMALS!

Same as the other reviewers, no goods, no replies to emails and phone number has now been removed from website (they don't answer it anyway).

Plenty of negative reviews on other websites, such as MONEY SAVING EXPERT.

Unfortunatly by the time anyone reads these reviews they will have already been stung.

As per other posters - Goods ordered and never arrive. Retailer ignores emails and does not answer phone. Asked for refund but yet to see one.

Avoid at all costs.

Similar story--- ordered goods. they never arrived. Emailed company said they would re-send. Did not re-send.

now ignoring my emails-- only phone number is the supplier line -- which they won't answer my questions.

No goods -- no refund of money

DO NOT shop with them --- strong possibility you will get no goods but they will keep your money.

Paid for goods via paypal, goods never arrived, store said goods resent still nothing, store said refund via paypal being authorised, paypal deny this so no goods and no refund. Very poor service and lack of honesty, Av oid
