    I have never encountered a media company quite like UPC Ireland. Customer service doesn't care, and you will wait at least 10-20 minutes on hold every time. If you choose to ask for a call back they will do so...within 3 working days!

    And on to the services...

    Woeful customer/sales services. Watch out if you ever have to unsubscribe from packages as they will charge you 10 euros for each package that you leave - regardless how long you've been a customer. Also will not tell you how you're bills will be calculated thereafter (assume you'll be charged anoth ...

    Personally do not like the website
    I have not yet been able to reach customer care even when waiting for over 20 mins
    Broadband speed is less than half of what I though I was going to receive
    Contention ratio is too great for me.
