I purchased a new galaxy in 2001. Its now done 87000miles. Problems I've had are from first day broke down, leaking thermostat casing - replaced. Air con not working , replaced matrix, aircon broke replace relay, replaced relay again within 12 months. An thats it!

i have owned a 2001 galaxy ghia for a while now! it has done 150,000 miles and has been lpg converted from new! once you flick it over to lpg its more cost efective on fuel than the 2008 1.2 fiesta i own!!!! loosing the awful fuel consumption when it runs on petrol!!!! but other than that what a boa ...

Ford Galaxy 2.3 Ghia car is very spacious. Problems with cruise control dont know where to turn, tried lots of garages, keep saying its a relay.

The Ford Galaxy 2.3 has all the toys with it being the Ghia model and the kids love the privacy glass in the back. Love the 12v sockets in the back so we can put the cool box in the back for long journeys, captain seats in the front so we can turn them around and play games with kids if we get where ...

Just about everything has gone wrong with my Ford Galaxy, has cost me a fortune to repair, only 2001 reg but new gearbox, clutch, 2 exhausts and tyres every 4 months, lots and lots of repairs.

Noise from engine at 27k miles - Ford didn't want to know. Noise worsened at 31k and drive plate cracked - Out of warranty and guess what, Ford did not want to know. Thanks for nothing and a £610.00 repair bill elsewhere. Oh yeah - air con is also no good - I've had it re-gassed twice.
