Not that bad, but not that good. I would definitely stick with the Gray Line rather than Open Top. A lot more reputable. People were friendly enough and the tour was informative. Not worth the money.

I had the same problem with the San Francisco Open Top Bus Sightseeing Tour. Open Top advertised a Night Tour then cancelled it without notice. When the San Francisco Manager was contacted he refused to even discuss a refund. This is a very unprofessional organization. Should be banned from San ...

We took a day tour with Open Top Sightseeing and they were okay. We paid for this tour on the spot and stepped on the bus. A week later at the end of our vacation we paid in the morning for a Night Tour of San Francisco. It was cancelled without notice and told no refund! They did not even say s ...
