This unit wasn't what we had ordered. The sleeping accommodations were very uncomfortable. Our refund still hasn't been sent to VISA even after two weeks. The company made excuses when phoned after two weeks. They promised to do the refund immediately, but one week later the refund still hasn't ...

In January 2008 we rented via internet a 29 foot RV at Alldrive Rentals in Calgary for three weeks in July 2008 and we had very good and satisfying experiences in our contacts with the company.
