The james patterson, cross country book was rubbish, who in their right minds would do what Cross did. Betrayed by the FBI, CIA, his own colleagues the Nigerian Government and Judicial system and the Church. His new female friend shot to death and her entire family burnt to a cinder. All this while ...

The reintroduction of Kyle Craig at the end of Cross Country by James Patterson was a surprise twist; the next Alex Cross installation promises to be interesting if Kyle Craig is the villain. Alex Cross is a tired character after so long. When it comes to his lovelife, "Cross Country" tells the sa ...

Cross Country is certainly the worst book I have read for a long time, I continued to the bitter end in the hope that it might improve, but no such luck
Poor plotting
Poor writing
Very superficial view of Africa
Those stupid short chapters

James Patterson, Cross Country was a Christmas present so it was the thought that counted. However I cannnot believe that an author of merit would put his/her name to such a badly written book.
Last time I looked in the bookshop it was half price - still too expensive.

The book started off at electric pace, it's one of the greatest Alex Cross books yet James Patterson has shown why the series is so popular all round. The only point was that the novel had to end. This book is an amazing story and I would recommend it to anyone.

When you watch those horror films with a bunch of annoying teenagers who you then get to see killed in more and more interesting was, well this book forgot to kill off Cross in an interesting way. I have for years been a fan of the Cross books but this was no so much a Cross book but an uninformed c ...

I liked the international aspect of the book. However, this is not the Alex Cross we see in the other books. Half the time i felt like i wasn't even reading a Cross book. Also I hate how serial killer mystery books take for ever with the "Leading up to" section of the book then hurry through the "An ...
