    During the last two years we have used Crystal hotels in Tignes. All the staff were quite young and there was a good hotel atmosphere. Staff were very helpful.     We booked with First Choice for a Crystal ski hol (same company). Stayed in Chalet Asters in Serre Chevalier. Chalet staff were horrendous - rude, unpuncutual to prepare our breakfast, incapable of preparing breakfast, kept an unhygienic kitchen and badly kept food - ie chicken thawing on the side i ...

    Crystal cancelled holiday 3 weeks prior to travel. Replacement given was not what we wanted - we booked in Feb and all the good holidays were already booked by the time they came to provide a replacement! Skiing -Catered chalet was poor.
