    I love the Giant Alias, it's been a great bike for getting into some decent riding without spending the earth and breaking the bank balance.     The Giant 2009 Alias is really good value for money. Great shocks, good group set and a really strong frame.
    The only parts I dont really like are the pedals and the rims, i think these could be better.

    This Giant 2009 Alias is a great bike for getting into XC. It is relatively light and I always feel in control on this bike. Positive and quick gear levers make pedaling in correct cadence very easy.

    The collapsing pedal cages make it hard to get into without using hands.
