    Initial thoughts are it works ok and have been relativley pleased,although was confused with the Harvey Kinetico relationship only to find out later they are 2 different companies (not well explained)

    Had it a couple of months so far, no problems at all. The installation seemed easy enough and it seems to be using less salt than my old machine.

    We've thought about a water softener for a long time and when we saw the Harveys Block trial offer we thought why not. They say we save money every month.     I had this Harveys Block Salt Softener direct from the manufacturer and have been impressed from start to finnish. They arrived on time and explained everything really well.
