    I've always used treadmills to exercise.     The Garmin Forerunner 405 is relatively easy to set up, clear bright screen, lots of functionality. Paired quickly with heart rate monitor and held the connection better than my Polar. Also, found satellites and held a consistent GPS signal, although Richmond park isn't the most challenging place.

    I have used it for 2 days now, and it is just good. Getting aqainted to the bezel is just a matter of time. I like the GPS lock time which is blazing fast, even works indoors (almost).. actually 4x faster than 305 and also my Nokia N82.
