    I had a bike stolen that was insured with E & L Insurance a month ago. The household insurance paid immediately for cheaper bikes also stolen, but E & L are dragging their heels. They asked for 2 quotes, quotes on repairs to garages, witnesses, remains of locks etc etc. I have given them eve ...
