Centauro is a complete rip off - they charged us extra when we were late for pick up because our flight was late. Then they gave a faulty car - it was leaking oil, which means we had to drive back 100km to exchange cars. They made us fuel it again. When we came back we found they charged us £3 ...

Centairo is a great company would fully recommend it to anyone going to Majorca
The service is second to none I have used this company on several occasions and never been let down......

Requested Micra or Clio but only received 2 door Ka, a bit small but otherwise ok. Centauro is a good company to deal with.

Car was in poor condition even though it was pretty new. Damage to wheel arch liner on the front meant that brake cables were loose and the air con did not work well. Booked online with confirmation for Majorca Airport but when I arrived, Centauro refused to accept my hire because I did not have an International Drivers Licence.

Service staff were rude and uncompromising. I picked up a car at Hertz next door with no bother, but got charged a lot more.

Did lots of research before choosing Centauro. I paid for the extra insurance which was only about Eur 50 but covered for everything, and with no excess (I've read about huge excess charges). Used Centauro again in June 2009. This time at Malaga Airport. Their site is 3 minutes drive from the airport via courtesy mini bus.As last year very efficient. Car was upgrade to an excellent, fairly new, Peugeot 207 Diesel which was a joy to drive.
