    I contacted the credit exchange looking for help, to consolidate my credit card debt. Fortunally, I was able to get the money to pay off the debt, so I called the CE to cancel my account, due to me no longer needing thier service. They still took 300.00 out of my account, and refused to give me a re ...

    tried to cancel my Credit Exchange account within the first three hours of signing up, no one confirmed or called back. 6 days later my account was drafted for almost $800.00 and was not refunded.

    Just do it! I heard about The Credit Exchange on local radio and called them to see if they could help me with debt. They were great about calling me back and my rep was really nice and I could tell she knew what we were going through.
