Be careful for the 1st time customer. Don't let this company for automatic charge through your bank or credit card account. Whenever you cancel the service, they will charge you extra month service, and you won't get your refund back forever. Customer service will treat you like a ball, pass it arou ...

Direct TV Service has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. A voice computor that refuses to respond correctly to your needs. After killing fifteen minutes you might get a human on the phone but the chances are good that he/she won't have a clue, either.
Their receivers are of very po ...

There is no such things as a free move. Direct TV Service will charge you 50 bucks, something that you can only find out about once you move. I knew I was moving before I switched to DTV and confirmed with the sales person it would be free. Well, that means nothing to them.
Horrible company. ...

My husband who was home for the installation is overwhelmed that WE are responsible for adding and running all sorts of cable wires in order for the HD/DVR boxes that we are payin ...

SO many fees!! We had Direct TV for over 2 years and after we cancelled our service we were left with so many fees to pay. After many hours with customer service to help resolve the issue, we still had to pay a bunch of fees! I will never use them again and never reccommend them to friends! Bad s ...

Very deceptive! We signed up for 12 months @ 29.99 with direct tv services. We really did not have any problems with the service, other then no local sports, unless we got a bigger package and no picture before or during a thunderstorm or windstorm. But since the price was so reasonable we over look ...

I joined Direct TV Service because I was fed up with the cable companies continually raising my bill. I was told about the price guarantee and the 4 free receivers from DTV so decided to go with them. After the initial 3 months, my bill over doubled so I found the latest bill and then called them. ...

Direct TV Service have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere in my entire life!! I have had DTV since October 2008 and have had to call and dispute my bill every month since. I am about ready to just cancel and pay the fee just to get rid of the headache.

Worst customer service agents ever. Condescending, offensive and argumentative. Whatever you do, DON'T agree to pay for a service call. Direct TV Service will try to charge you $50 (or $60 spread over 12 months for a service "plan"), but if you try to cancel service suddenly the service call is f ...
