    Bought this dirt devil initially because of size and value for money but have had problems ever since! Very noisy, needs emptying after one room (only live in a very small flat, no pets!). So now I have been trying to get the spare filter for months. The filter clogs so easily and is really difficul ...

    in my opinion this Dirt Devil is not of merchantable quality.It is sold as a cleaner but it dosen,t clean,as soon as you use it the filter clogs up rendering it useless.I,m going to try and get a refund

    The Dirt Devil DDCYL5 is easy to carry but perhaps not the best for a family home as needs to be emptied quite often. Hose not stretchy so awkquard to hoover stairs. Noisy too.

    I don`t like this vacuum cleaner for the above reasons

    My Dirt Devil DDCYL5 worked fine at first but filter cloggs almost immediately. These filter can be cleaned - very awkward.A loud, useless machine - dont waste you money.
