    The entertainment or lack of it was very poor. the food was mostly warm not hot. the flight out was a short hall plane not very good for a 9 hour flight. the management team was shocking not helpful at the least. when spending £4000 for a 2 weeks holiday you expect to get 5star as told not 3 s ...

    Granted this was my first cruise but from what I witnessed and the service I had it was great. I don't know why some people get upset over little things?     No elegance on this ship. Poor ratio of staff to passengers would not cruise with carnival again. Bad reports from many fellow passengers who have cruised with Princess line before commenting on a dramatic drop in standards.

    Princess Cruises is a cruise line I would reccomend to anyone and especially the staff from the captain to the cabin boy make your stay a happy occasionially first time cruisers
