    I have used VoipFone since 2005 and rate them as excellent. As my business has expanded, I have taken more services from them. It grows with my business and gives me excellent flexibility and reliability.

    VoipFone is easy to set up but poor call quality and customer service.
    The connection to Germany is woeful and The Netherlands hardly better. I suspect that this is becuase they use a 3rd rate cheaper carrier for calls to some destinations.

    Reliability is second to none and I have loads of accounts with other VoIP providers on my Asterisk box and Voipfone in the only one for business because there reliability is excellent, setup is easy and don ' t need firewall ports open unlike other VoIP providers (this may be different for others b ...

    VoipFone is a UK VoIP service designed for small business so it is reliable and has a lot of features that consumer services don't - but anybody can use it.
