A good product that is badly let down by the after care services, noone checked to see if everything is ok and despite being fantastic before taking my money, they became a different company after delivery had taken place.

We ordered a Rock Solid Kitchen. It eventually turned up 7.30 in the evening after waiting in all day! Wrong oven and electric hob instead of gas and some units even broken or parts missing! Phoned customer services and got told to fax or e-mail, but so far nobody has got back to me.
