    Only had this Morphy Richards 73335 Storm Pets machine about a year.Keep cleaning the filters like everyone else.The motor has now dropped through the casing,Icontacted the company with regard to the 2 YEAR and was told it was my fault because I had not cleaned the filters out.I asked what the mot ...

    This Morphy Richards 73335 Storm Pets is the worst product I have ever bought. I spend more time cleaning the filters and un-jamming the turbo nozzle than I do actually cleaning. I find it difficult and complicated to empty and as the filters are so poorly designed, the machine constantly overheat ...

    This Morphy Richards 73335 Storm Pets is the worst product I have ever bought! I initially bought it because it was a 2000W and strong enough to clean up pet hair (or so I thought).
