Lucozade Sport Isotonic Orange is a very nice drink but is a little bit sour (orange) other then that it is nice.

I use lucozade sport when doing intensive workouts and i have to say i do notice the difference, i feel stronger and gives me the endurance to keep going, but i find one bottle is not enough, as i need to take large sips to replenish my thirst. all in all effective, not the tastiest drink in the wor ...
