    I could not agree more, I have always banked with BOS and found them to be polite and helpful although not always the easiest of processes.

    I have been in business nearly 30 years; this definitely the worst customer service I have come across. If you have a grievance it is impossible to speak to anyone in management.     Poor customer service, did not issue cards for cash credit/withdrawal when account opened, then closed account without satisfactory explanation causing embarassment and extra hassle to find another account. Unwilling to explain action and offhand.
    Worst experience of bank service (or lack of) ever.
