I could not agree more, I have always banked with BOS and found them to be polite and helpful although not always the easiest of processes.

I have been in business nearly 30 years; this definitely the worst customer service I have come across. If you have a grievance it is impossible to speak to anyone in management. They are inefficient and inept. I am transferring to Bank of Scotland where they have real managers to answer the phone ( ...

Poor customer service, did not issue cards for cash credit/withdrawal when account opened, then closed account without satisfactory explanation causing embarassment and extra hassle to find another account. Unwilling to explain action and offhand.
