I have been with First Direct from the time they started as a telephone bank in Late 80's and were owned by Clydesdale Bank.
They have excellent Customer service. Now part of HSBC I have general accounts, and both a Cash and Share ISA with them.

I have just switched to First Direct Cash ISA and and am loving it. No more crap, no more dealings with ignorant and grumpy cashiers. They pick up the phone within seconds, they have good banter, I can call whenever I want, they sort my life - they're hot stuff!
