Freedom Outdoors is one of those sites we all wish we could buy from. If an item is out of stock they will let you know and offer an alternative. Freedom Outdoors. A top site with really friendly staff. Prices where scarely cheap (20% off all online sales!) very quick to reply and get in contact if there where problems

Excellent sales staff at Freedom Outdoors who contacted me frequently to update me on order status. Also ordered me a product they don't stock direct from the manufacturer. Very good prices.

Overall an excellent service, I would just prefer it if they held more stock.

My online order was not in stock and I was not informed of this at the time of ordering. I had to call three days later to find out stock was not available and they were not willing to do me any discounts (except maybe £5.00 off retail).

After trying to get hold of a Rab kit bag and having no luck I gave Freedom outdoors a call.
I found the sales staff to be very helpful.
Although they didnt have the item instock they contacted Rab direct and had the item dispached to me direct by next day delivery.

I ordered and paid for a 1.5L Sigg bottle from Freedom Outdoors but I received a 1.0L bottle. I sent it back by first class recorded delivery which I paid for myself. Freedom Outdoors refunded the purchase price of the bottle but have not refunded the cost of sending the bottle back, so far.
