    I found the food to be very tasty and satisfying from Go Lower Diet. Having done all the shake meals replacement diet is was a welcome change. I really looked forward to have the meals.
    So far I have lost 9lbs in 2 weeks!
    It is based on low Carb high protein

    When you call up and talk to someone they tell you the food works out at 46.50 a week, which is not true, the true cost is 70 pounds a week, which works out at just over £5.00 a packet of something you could buy in the supermarket for about £2.00 to 2.50. In the later stages of the di ...
