There was a flooding near Bristol, the 11-50 from Plymouth left on time with passengers, the passengers because of flooding were transferred to coaches, I was told by staff at cross country, when asked the question when is it estimated it will arrive in Sheffield so I could pick up my partner, I was ...

I was very impressed on a recent trip when a very old lady travelling to Bristol went to the buffet as there was no seat service before Bristol. The girl in the shop asked how she proposed to return to her seat (beside me) as the train was already full, and we were approaching Exeter. She had forgot ...
