    I sent a Nokia 6300 back with a damaged screen after I had sat on the phone with my keys in my pocket . The phone was repaired.the back metal plate was still bent as this was 'cosmetic'.     My wife lost her Nokia 6630. We didn't know exactly where/when, but we had been a way on a short break and concluded that it happened then. She did without it for about 6 weeks. (We had both forgotten we had Lloyds Bank Insurance cover on it; free of charge with the account.

    I have sent my N95 in for repair twice.
    The first time was my fault.
    The second time was because they had sent it back to me in a worse state than when i sent it to them.
