    After saving for over 10 years my policy has matured and I only got bsck £122.00 interest.     No one knows of cares about the customer in this company. They have lost my documents and dont really care. Takes 5 days to answer anything. 2 days if you ask aquestion.

    Cashed my plan in after 10 years in an economic boom and got £500 less than i put in. I would have got twice as much just leaving it in a bank.     Phoenix Life Insurance haven't provided information I need yet, difficult to find anyone who can answere questions about policy we have Cashing in endowment now.

    Phoenix Life Insurance were really good for us, at first. They paid out on a claim when they said they wouls. Unfortunately after that they cancellen the policy and are now refusing to pay the remaining money owed to us as stated in the policy.
